The campus of the University houses a number of facilities like accommodation state- of- the art classrooms, laboratories, library, sports facilities and dining. The buildings of the campus hold great heritage value. One of the longest-standing building of the campus dates back its origin to 1890 and was built in Richardsonian Romanesque style. Nearby to the campus is a fully operational historic observatory-Chamberlin Observatory, opened in 1894. The University provides more than 200-degree programs for undergraduate and graduate students, some of the most popular of which are finance, psychology and international studies. Furthermore, the University features various student clubs and organizations and has a long tradition of organizing Founders Celebration for the students to enjoy their social life on campus. Students at Denver University can be a part of the Alpine club- an organization that arrange trips to the nearby mountains and enjoy their weekends in the wilderness of nature.
