The second-largest city in Ohio, Cleveland, has been home to Cleveland State University since 1965. Here, a lively sense of place satisfies a significant sense of purpose with astonishing results. It is a public research institute with more than 17,000- sophomores, 10 schools and colleges as well as more than 175 academic programs. Cleveland State includes ten different colleges, ranging from business to engineering. In fact, the university continues to grow, opening the Academy of Media Arts and Film, the first independent film academy in Ohio in the fall of 2018. Some of the most popular majors are in business, education, engineering and pre-health care. Furthermore, the university's pass supports free public transportation for the learners, making commutation easy for pupils anytime and anywhere!

Campus Life

CSU is home to a 21st century developed campus for future students. While the main campus is located in downtown Cleveland, the satellite campus is located in Westlake, Ohio. The 138,000 square foot Student Center is an inviting home for pupil participation which connects students socially and intellectually. It is home to the new bookstore, student union and organization offices, computer lounges, multiple dining venues and even game rooms! Students spend as much time outside of class as they spend in-class learning. With endless opportunities to apply the knowledge learned in the classroom to the student organization, overseas learning experience and service projects, students benefit from campus life. Besides, the historical building of Fenn Tower has been modified into an apartment and has been opened to accommodate 438 students with all the necessary facilities.
