Tips while writing the TOEFL iBT computer adaptive test:

• Plan to come at least 30 minutes to the test center before the test time. This will avoid unwanted delays at the last minute. Besides, you may not be allowed to write the exam if you come late.
• Make sure you use the latest photo during the registration as it will appear in the score report.
• You need to come with valid Identification documents for the exam. A passport is preferred.
• No mobile phones are allowed inside the test center.
• Practice your typing skills, spellings, handwriting as you will find this helpful during the exam. You will be given a standard QWERTY keyboard, so practicing on that layout is very important.
• Practice essay writing, opinion writing, contrast, compare, explain the latest happenings, and agree/ disagree with proper notes.
• Practice with several model papers.
